1. Right of withdrawal
Where applicable under consumer protection law, the consumer may request withdrawal within the legal period in force. In Argentina, official information for online purchases states a 10-calendar-day period from product delivery or contract execution, as applicable. This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
2. Digital services already started
If the client requested or authorized the start of work, diagnosis, configuration, development, installation, activation, migration, consulting, support, file delivery, license access or publication of digital services, MiaCodeWEB may deduct or retain amounts related to work effectively performed, incurred costs, schedule reservation, payment fees and deliverables already made available.
3. 48-hour commercial period
MiaCodeWEB may accept commercial cancellation or withdrawal requests within the first 48 hours from purchase when the service has not yet been started, activated, delivered or reserved with effective work. This commercial period improves internal handling but does not replace consumer rights that may apply by law.
4. Deposits and custom work
For custom projects, the initial 50% payment serves as schedule reservation, diagnosis, planning and operational start. If the client cancels, abandons, delays essential information, changes scope, prevents continuation or denies work already started, that amount is not refunded, without prejudice to exceptional written review.
5. How to request it
To request cancellation, withdrawal or payment review, the client must write to contacto@miacodeweb.com indicating name, purchase email, date, product or service hired, payment method, proof of payment and reason. MiaCodeWEB may request reasonable data to identify the operation without requiring unnecessary registration.
6. Disputes and prior resolution
Before opening a dispute with PayPal, card issuer, bank or gateway, the client must contact MiaCodeWEB and allow a reasonable review stage. If a dispute is opened after full or partial delivery of a digital product, MiaCodeWEB will submit evidence of delivery, activation, access, communications, approvals, logs and completed work.
